British Ceramics Biennial. BCB (drawing for illustration)

Collage page of all of the artwork at the BCB. I used a leaflet that I got at the BCB to collage with and create this page of all the artwork at the BCB.
I had to sit down because I couldn't walk around any longer because of my legs so I sat in the pews of the church and Drew the organ. I've found drawing the organ to be very hard as I've never drawn something to that scale before. I would like to try drawing it again as I think this drawing doesn't quite show what it is. I then Drew these spheres that looked like they were imploding I found them to be quite interesting to look at as well as the different texture of each individual sphere was very interesting to look at.
There was a lot of different shapes in the BCB that were made out of ceramic so I decided to draw each one of them using different coloured biros.
I then decided to draw some of the weird things I found in the BCB and color them in with a rainbow pencil. My favorite drawing is this flesh Mound I found in the BCB that looked really unique and was quite an unusual thing to draw. Definitely will be using the rainbow coloured pencil again.
This next page I used crayon and a fine liner to draw and color in these strange shaped ceramic objects. Some of these objects will really hard to draw as they were oddly shaped.
There was another area to the BCB where you could make eco-friendly tiles. These tiles would slowly break down and turn into plants As Time progressed. In this area I also found these blocks that you could make patterns out of so I decided to make a few inspired by some of the tiles I saw in the BCB.

Photos from the BCB.
BCB eco tile photo. Creating the eco-friendly tile was an interesting experience though I didn't like getting dirty.
Patterned blocks I used to make some patterns as the BCB.
it was a lot of fun creating these patterns using the blocks at the BCB.
